On Saturday morning, Laetitia and I loaded up the Matrix and got an early start on our drive to Santa Maria for my step-niece's, Michelle Manning, wedding. Her groom, Joseph Comings, was in Navy dress, and they had a beautiful wedding on a ranch under clear skies. It was great to meet up with family I hadn't seen in a while, and after, we stayed over with Sandy and Shane, so we had some time to visit and play with their cats.We left San Luis Obispo pretty early, but stopped by L.A. to do some shopping in the Fabric District. The total miles for this trip was just over 600 miles, so that was a pretty good trip in the Matrix. We watched a DVD on the way up, and had iPod tunes on the way back - this definitely made the trip seem shorter.
